Teen Privacy Notice

A short, clear version of how KenAI handles your data. The full legal details are in the Privacy Policy.

What KenAI is

KenAI is a learning product that helps you move through small steps, submit work, and keep track of your progress. It is not just a free-form chat. It may save your progress, your submitted work, and the current version of your artifacts so you can continue later.

What information we collect

We may collect your account details, your messages and answers, your uploaded files, your saved drafts, your submitted work, your progress in tracks and units, basic device and log data, and the settings you choose in the product.

Why we use it

We use your information to run KenAI, show the right next step, save your progress, help you resume where you left off, keep the service safe, improve it, and answer support questions. If you turn on reminders or similar features, we may also use your data to send you useful prompts tied to your next learning step.

What KenAI does not want you to upload

Please do not put passwords, bank card details, private keys, government ID numbers, or medical information into KenAI unless we clearly ask for something and explain why. If you upload something sensitive by mistake, tell us or a parent or guardian as soon as you can.

Who can see your data

KenAI may use trusted service providers that help run the product, such as hosting, support, analytics, security, or payment providers. We may also share data if the law requires it or if it is needed to protect people, the service, or legal rights. We do not sell your personal data.

Reminders and nudges

If reminders are part of your version of KenAI, they should be there to help you continue the right step, not to spam you. The product may use settings such as quiet hours, consent, or reminder limits.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete certain data, and you may be able to object to some types of processing or withdraw consent where consent is used. A parent or guardian may also be able to help make these requests, depending on your age and local law.

When a parent or guardian may be involved

If the law in your country says a parent or guardian must approve the service for younger users, KenAI may ask for that approval. KenAI should also try to explain privacy in a way that is clear and age-appropriate.

What KenAI does not promise

KenAI helps you practise, get feedback and build real work — but it does not guarantee grades or exam results, and it does not promise jobs, internships, income or university places.

For IGCSE and A Level tracks, exams are taken through approved schools or exam centres. KenAI does not issue Cambridge, Pearson or other official qualifications.

Need help?

If you do not understand something in the full Privacy Policy, ask the KenAI support or privacy contact shown on the website or in the app. You can also ask a parent, guardian, or teacher to read it with you.
